Orbital Sciences Launches Second Paid Cargo Mission to ISS

After a string of delays, Orbital Sciences Corp. of Dulles, Virginia, on July 13 launched its second paid cargo mission to the international space station for NASA, setting up the company's expendable Cygnus space capsule to berth with the orbital outpost July 16.
